When will I get tracking information?

You will get tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If you are missing your tracking information, check your spam filter and other inboxes. You can also find your tracking information on your orders page on the store.

When will my order ship?

In most cases orders ship within 2 – 3 business days. Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed.

How do discounts and special offers work?

Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks or vouchers are available unless otherwise noted. Not valid after purchase, on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, or handling and processing charges. Purchaser must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, promo, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Returns or cancellations of any portion of a purchase requires equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Other restrictions may apply.

What is the sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is automatically applied to all orders where the printer has location in compliance with local tax laws.

Can I get a different size or color than what’s offered on the website?

If you see a size or color missing from the website that product is not available in that size or color.

Once I place my order, when will I be charged?

Your PayPal account or credit card will be charged immediately and your order will be on hold until the payment clears. Payments usually clear within a few seconds of placing the order. If you see extra pending charges on your account please allow 3 days for them to clear. If they do not reverse please contact us at [email protected].

Why does my order have multiple shipping charges?

Our products come from multiple printing providers to give you the best options for merchandise. Sometimes this requires your order to be shipped from multiple locations. If this happens you will notice an additional shipping charge. This additional charge will show which items that shipping is for.

What is your ordering cancellation policy?

Once you place your order it will take an hour before it’s sent to the printer. You are free to cancel your order for a full refund before it is sent to the printer. Once the order is sent to the printer we will be unable to cancel the order.
